Once the booking is confirmed, The system will trigger & send a zoom appointment link to the student and the Tutor 8 hours before the session starts, and the reminder emails will be sent 1 hour before the session begins. 

The zoom appointment links will be sent via emails & available for access from the appointment dashboard page. 

The system tracks the class via Zoom API. As an admin, you can see whether the appointments have started, not started yet, In progress, or completed. When the Tutor clicks on the zoom appointment link, the system tracks it and updates the status as “Class started.” After the appointment time, if the host still hasn’t started the class, it will update the status as “Not started yet.” Similarly, if the class is in progress, it will show as “In progress,” & when completed, it will display the status as Completed.
