Notifications for Tutors

Sign Up:

  1. When a tutor signs up on the platform the tutor gets a verification email.
  2. When a new tutor signs up on the platform, the tutor receives a mail for the tutor approval from the admin.
  3. After the tutor is approved, the tutor will get an email for a zoom account invitation.
  4. When a new tutor signs up on the platform and when the admin rejects the tutor then the tutor receives an email
  5. If the tutor is not activating the zoom account, the tutor will receive an email.

One to one class:

  1. When a student books a session with the tutor for one to one class.(Free or Paid)
  2. When a student books  the tutor for one to one class , the tutor gets mail having class date, time and link to join.(reminder emails 8 hours and 1 hour before the session)
  3. When a student cancels the one to one class with the tutor, the tutor receives the mail stating “Reservation has been cancelled”
  4. When a student cancels the one to one class with the tutor, the tutor receives the mail stating “Approve the request to process the refund”.
  5. When a student reschedules the class for one to one class with the tutor, the tutor  receives a mail stating “Reschedule class notification”.
  6. When the tutor did not start the class, the tutor received an email stating “ did not start meeting”.
  7. Tutor gets mail when the student rates and reviews for the finished one to one class.
  8. Tutor receives email when student has rated for 1-1 completed class.

Group Class:

  1. When a student books a free session with the tutor for group class , the tutor gets an email stating the user has  booked a group class.( Free or Paid)
  2. When a student books  the tutor for group class , the tutor gets mail having class date, time and link to join.( Reminder emails 8 hours and 1 hour before class)
  3. When a student books a paid session with the tutor for group class , the tutor gets an email stating the user booked group class.
  4. When a student cancels the group class with the tutor, the tutor  receives the mail stating “Your appointment has been cancelled”.
  5. When the tutor did not start the class, the tutor received an email stating “did not start meeting”.
  6. When a student cancels the group class with the tutor, the tutor receives the mail stating “Approve the request to process the refund”.
  7. When a tutor gifts a group class to a friend the recipient  receives mail.
  8. If a friend is not signed up ,( whom the tutor has gifted the course to ),the tutor gets reminder mail to remind his friend.
  9. Tutor gets mail when the student rates and reviews for the finished group class.

Courses :

  1. When the tutor created course is approved at the backend, the tutor will receive a mail stating “Your course has been approved”.
  2. When the tutor created course is rejected at the backend, the tutor will receive a mail stating “Your course has been rejected”.
  3. When the course is disabled at the backend by the admin then the tutor gets the mail for disabling the course.
  4. When the admin reopens, then the tutor receives mail for reopening the course.
  5. When a student cancels the course, the tutor gets mail stating “Refund request from the user”.
  6. After the admin approves the request from the backend for the course cancellation.
  7. When a tutor gifts a course to a friend then the friend  receives mail.
  8. If a friend is not signing up the tutor should get reminder mail stating to remind the friend.
  9. Email notification received by tutor , for ratings and reviews of course.

Profile:

  1. When a student messages the tutor in the tutor’s profile, the tutor receives a mail stating “You have an unread message”
  2. When a tutor  invites a friend by providing valid Email Id, the friend should receive an email stating the friend “invites you to join”.

Lesson Material Notification against appointments:

  • When the student uploads lesson materials in the My Lessons page , the email notification is sent to the tutor.

Notifications for Students:

Sign Up:

  • When a student signs up on the platform,Verification email is sent .

One to one class: 

  1. When student books free session with the tutor for one to one class.( Paid or Free)
  2. Appointment details email notifications on date and time of the appointment ( and also reminder emails 8 hours and 1 hour before the appointment)
  3. When a student books a paid class with a tutor for one to one class , the student gets mail stating “Payment successfully made for the reservation”with transaction details.
  4. When the student cancels the one to one class with the tutor, the student  receives the mail stating “Successfully cancelled the lesson”.
  5. When the tutor cancels the one to one class with the student, the student receives the mail stating “Reservation has been cancelled”.
  6. When the admin accepts the refund request in the backend the student receives an email stating “Refund request has been approved”.
  7. When the appointment is started by the tutor then the student receives an e-mail.
  8. After the appointment is completed the student receives an email
  9. After refund confirmation in the backend student receives a mail stating “Refund has been processed successfully”.
  10. When the admin rejects  the refund request in the backend the student receives a mail stating “Your request has been rejected”.
  11. When a student reschedules the class for one to one class with a tutor, the student receives a mail stating “Reschedule class successfully”
  12. Students  get  mail when the tutor rates and reviews the student  for the finished one to one class.
  13. If the admin removes the reviews and ratings (posted by students), from the backend then the student gets an email.

Group Class:

  1. When a student books a free session /paid session with a tutor for group class , the student gets mail for payment successfully and a mail having class date,time and link to join.
  2. When the appointment is started  then the student gets an email.
  3. After the appointment is completed the student receives an email.
  4. When a student gifts the webinar to a friend, the student gets mail for payment successfully and the recipient gets mail for the gifted group class and receives a link to sign up for the group class.
  5. When the friend is not signing up ,the student  gets reminder mail to remind his friend.
  6. When the student cancels the group class with the tutor, the student  receives the mail stating “Successfully cancelled the lesson”.
  7. When the tutor cancels the group class with the student, the student  receives the mail stating “Reservation has been cancelled”.
  8. After refund confirmation in the backend student receives a mail stating “Refund has been processed successfully”.
  9. When the admin rejects  the refund request in the backend the student receives a mail stating “Your request has been rejected”.
  10. Students  get email ,when the tutor rates and reviews the student for the finished group class.
  11. Students get email ,when the admin deletes the review and ratings ( given by student) from the backend.

Courses :

  1. When a student purchases the course, the student gets an email stating “Payment made successfully”.
  2. When a student gifts the course to a friend, the student gets mail for payment successfully and the recipient gets mail for the gifted course and gets the  link to sign up for the course.
  3. When the friend is not signing up the student gets a  reminder mail to remind his friend.
  4. After refund confirmation by the admin , the student receives a mail stating “Refund has been processed successfully”.
  5. When the admin rejects  the refund request in the backend the student receives a mail stating “Your request has been rejected”.
  6. When a student completes a particular course then the  student receives  an email for course completion.

Lesson Material Notification against appointments:

  • When the tutor uploads lesson materials from the “My appointments “page, the student gets an email notification .

Profile:

  1. When a student updates the password successfully, the student receives an  email with the updated password.
  2. When a student invites a friend by providing valid Email Id, the friend receives a mail stating friend “invites you to join”
